60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir
This is a rosé champagne that brilliantly illustrates the heights that can be achieved from the delicate marriage of great Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the rigorous selection of only the finest grapes, and the meticulous vinification of red wine.
A delicate salmon-pink robe.
With top notes of red fruits like plump redcurrant and sharp raspberry, this wine offers a delightfully bright initial nose reminiscent of late summer evenings.
On the palate, the rosé takes on a richer and more mature persona. The luscious texture suggests softer notes of poached Mirabelle plums, toasted brioche and an array of ripe fruit alongside the brighter notes on the nose.
When serving this rosé champagne as an aperitif, you’ll find that it pairs magnificently with salmon. It’s equally delicious at the end of a meal paired with soft chocolate dishes and Black Forest gateau.
Bright fruit and deeper liquorice, spices and crushed raspberries. Secondary notes of bittersweet chocolate.
