Blanc de Blanc translates as “white of whites”. Our Blanc de Blancs is crafted entirely from the desirable Chardonnay grapes of the 12-mile Cȏte des Blancs, using specially selected 40-year-old plots and vines. Boasting a fine, rich, and aromatic profile, Blanc de Blanc epitomises the classic Chardonnay Champagne.

The look

A light yellow colour reminiscent of primroses and fresh butter.

The smell

Thanks to the proportion of reserve wines in the blend, our cuvée Blanc de Blancs offers an exceptionally generous aromatic profile, with notes of citrus fruits, dried flowers and fresh chalk.

The taste

A very lively, invigorating champagne, with hints of passionfruit, mango and papaya alongside white flowers and minerals. A beautifully fresh, lingering, and ethereal finish.

The Chalice Blanc de Blancs pairs perfectly with white meat and seafood, including fresh fish dishes, oysters, and other shellfish dishes.
